The Personnel Board was created to interpret the Personnel By-Laws for the Town of Tisbury. The Board meets every third Thursday of the month. The Board evaluates and classifies positions and makes recommendations on all aspects of Personnel Management. The Board is made up of three members, including a Board of Selectmen appointee, a Town Clerk appointee, and a Finance and Advisory Committee appointee.
