The following days shall be recognized by the Town on the day on which they are legally observed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and any other day declared a holiday by the Select Board or the Governor of the Commonwealth:

- Presidents Day
- Patriots Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Columbus Day/Indigenous People's Day
- Veterans' Day
- ½ day before Thanksgiving
- Thanksgiving Day
- Day after Thanksgiving
- Christmas Eve Day
- Christmas Day
- New Year's Day
